Service and support

All technology needs great service and support. Sometimes things go wrong and they need urgent attention to reduce if not eliminate downtime. IPC is open from 8.30am to 11.30 pm to provide live service, it has strong escalation procedures to cover all eventualities. IPC is proud of its service ethic.
