Current day consumers are demanding, When they visit a store they want to get their order in, collect it and leave in a timely and cost efficient way. They want the process to be painless. Fast moving retail goods stores must feed this requirement. More time must be spent on order fulfilment than order taking and cash management. IPC has created a self-service kiosk technology which provides our clients with the management tools and technology to provide this type of service.
